MCP TV has started the second season for one its shows. Chez geek has started off the second season for our shows.
Check out what pantry cooking Steve and JR bring to the table. This time they do fried chicken and they add the ingredients of Nacho Chips, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and several other ingredients.

We will be adding all the recipes from the 1 st season of "Chez Geek" our cooking show, but in the mean time I thought I would share some dabbling I do with cooking.
Ingredients
6-12 Little Neck or Top Neck Clams
2 Tomatoes
2 Oranges
2 Cloves Garlic
Olive Oil
Oregano
This serves 1-2 people, you can add pasta to beef up the recipe for more people.
First add oil into stewing pot to cover the bottom of the pan. Put on high heat on stove.
Dice garlic and add to oil when hot. Lightly brown garlic, then turn heat down to medium.
Squeeze 2 oranges into the pan and let bubble. Cut tomatoes into cubes and add to pot.
Reduce to low and let simmer. 10 minutes add clams and turn heat to medium. Watch the
pot, as the clams open open stir gently. when most clams open pull from pot and place
in bowl. Laddel broth over clams and serve.
