Well things have been "a flurry" in the small company called Math Club Productions.
First we have been looking for several new people to join our ranks to handle the increasing business side of the company. IF anyone out their wants to help dedicate time to helping us market, find financing or even sponsorship. This would allow the rest of us to get all the shows out in regular schedule.
1337 - Coming quickly on the end of a season that has spanned over a year. We hope to make the next season encompass only one years time frame. We are releasing the trailer to Episode 10, titled BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). This is an especially proud achievement for several reason. First and foremost 10 episodes! The editing, acting production value has increased by leaps and bounds. We have changed cast, had mulitple appearnaces by one person as an extra (Jon Smith). This episode is also special becuase we have two great guys come ina dn act, well not really act they played themselves. Wess and Darren from Hak.5 joined our cast to play. The addition of the Hak.5 crew and with a great story line written by Stevan Daljev (Milosh Drugoravich), has made this one of the best episodes to edit for me. Stay tuned we plan a DVD release and even a live panel discussion with full cast and crew.
Starbuskj - Is almost finished filming 5. We have faced the demons of getting 1337 finsihed and will focus on Starbuskj for the next few months. Stevan and JR are itching to get themselves back into the lovable characters.
High Maintenance - hit a few snags but is progressing marvelously. This show promises to be some of the funniest shit out on the web. Written by Trae Favaro (Alvin Foster -1337), and Stevan Daljev (Milosh Drugoravich-1337, yago/Milev-Starbuskj, Lead Cook-Chez Geek.) the stories have come together to not only weave a monthly story line but delves into a entire season plot line.
Cap E and Mr. M - has been shelved for the meantime to get other projects going.
Help Files- We will be doing another volley of Help Files to cover "Podcasting" and how to do it. Look for Chris, Tim and Jon to bring you ideas and ways to get your started in podcasting or vidcasting.
CHez Geek - is going strong and seems to be one of our staples wth in the shows we make. With LEad of Stevan and JR bringing the comedic timing and abilites lends to a great show. Be careful the editor seems cranky and seems to have trouble with Stevan and JR.
Oh well check back for more infor and add a comment if you like our stuff.
The night started out early for me. I meet a friend down at the first floor bar and we caught up. Which is weird because we had really come to see the bands. I an Brenda sat and waited for two hours for the band to start, but they didn't come on. Brenda was feeling tired so she went home. I walked her to her car and scooted back to the show.
My roommate, Dave showed up and we talked awhile with he bartender.
Then the music started. Well not really, but the solo artist that acted as the opener started to play. It was ok and descent as far as acoustical versions of Nirvana go.
The stage darkened and them mayhem brook loose. The stage went from one person playing a beat up guitar to four singers, 2 guitarist, a bass player, keyboardist and drummer. The sound barrier was broken by some of the tightest music I have heard in awhile. Shades of Rehab.
Now the Villebilles are a group from Tennessee. The play hip-hop/rock/country but with a twist. Think about the Rolling Stones doing a duet with Eminem. Weird but some how hauntingly pleasing to the ears and the booty as I began to move with-out know it. Sans drink in my body to affect my inhibitions I found myself moving and bouncing to the catchy tunes. "whiskey" started off our tour de-force of the trailer park and surrounding areas. Call it "White Trash Rap", "Trailer Park Funk", I really don't care. This music makes you move and shake you money maker.
The crowd was thin, but these cats played as hard as if they faced thousands. The four front men of the ban know how to mix with the crowd and get them part of the whole experience. I wait with great expectations of seeing these guys rock a full house at the Canal Club next time. No dream there, only cold hard fact.
This is a direct quote of the email that was sent to us. We are extremely tickled to have this kind of exposure. Thanks to Mr Quick and his love for true art.

The kids are missing and Garret has taken thing into his own hands. Can he regain control enough to survive what is coming? Can the group find him and save him? The closing of the first season of 1337 is coming what will happen?
